ISW1598 Smart IC Card Prepayment Water Meter
I. General Introduction
Prepayment Water Meter consists of ultra-low power consumption processor, integrated circuits of sampling measurement, valve controlling, and battery voltage detection & IC card. Firstly, it complies with GB/T 778-2007 “Drinking cold water meter and hot water meter” and ISO4064:2014. Secondly, smart IC card prepayment water meter pre-collects water fee and shut off the valve when water is used up. Therefore, prepayment water meter realizes payment of water consumption through prepaid IC card. Finally, only the user and the water vendor are required for the entire operation.
II. Technical Features
Except above, all the features of IC card prepayement water meter are listed as below:
1. Control of water price: IC card prepayment water meter&prepaid system can forcefully adjust the price of the user’s water meter through the price card. Meanwhile, without causing a certain loss in real time. Additionally, it can achieve a stepped water price and use more reasonable water.
2. Alarm function: battery undervoltage alarm, insufficient margin alarm
3. Hoarding limit function(Anti water storage or purchase limit ): effectively prevent users from maliciously hoarding water
4. Overdraft function: use certain water volume during user-friendly periold.
5. Check function: check the monthly consumption for the past 12 months
6. Abnormality detection function: there is a strong magnetic field that interferes with the measurement signal or other abnormal conditions. And the meter automatically records
7. Water theft prevention and water theft prevention: The security key prevents the water meter data from being arbitrarily destroyed. After activating water meter in one area, the key is set for the water meter; and the initialization cards in other areas are invalid for that area; and the security is high.
8. Valve maintenance function: In order to prevent the valve from being inactive for a long time, user should activate the valve regularly.
10. All-in-one card function: It can realize all-in-one card for water, electricity and gas meters.
11. Anti-drip function: optional.
Function&Feature
Prepayment function: users prepaid water fee and charge on IC card prepayment water meter via RFID or IC card before using. Valve will be closed once purchased water is consumed over. |
Security: use logic encryption RFID or IC card; combine hardware with software system encryption; keep data transferring safely & reliably. |
Data maintenance: save internal data for more than 10 years. |
Checking: trace water consumption of last 12 months. |
Anti-water storage function: once sum of balance and purchased water is greater than threshold value, it’s unable to go on purchasing. |
Balance alarm: once balance reach alarm threshold, valve will be closed to remind user to recharge; valve can be opened through inserting user card to charge. |
Overdraft(Emergency water): through special card set overdraft into water meter; deduct automatically used fees after purchase. |
Magnetic interference testing: meter will protect data and record interference date when strong magnetic interference against water meter. Valve can be opened by user IC card once interference disappeared. But if interference occurred more than 3 times, user has to contact management to open the valve. |
Battery low-voltage detecting: water meter will detect battery capacity when valve opens or closes. LCD will display battery low voltage and close valve reminding user to contact management for battery change. |
