ISW1598 RFID Prepaid Water Meter Charged by Smart RFID or IC Card
I. Introduction of RFID prepaid water meter
RFID Prepaid Water Meter Charged by Smart RFID or IC Card complies with national standards GB/T778-2007 “Measurement of water flow in fully charged closed conduits-Meters for cold potable water and hot water”, ISO4064:2014, the industry standard CJ/T 133-20 12 “Integrated circuit water meter “, and all the technical requirements of Q/0900TQB001-2011″IC card water meter”.
II.Principle and composition of RFID Prepaid Water Meter
ISM1598 RFID Prepaid Water Meter Charged by Smart RFID or IC Card is newly development of high-tech electronic smart prepaid water meter with advanced microcomputer control technology as the core, IC card technology as the information transmission medium consisting of high intelligence instruments.
What’s more, it combines pre-paid, automatic measurement, alarm, preventing improper use and other functions in a whole; with accurate measurement and reliable performance, compact structure and so on.
III. Features of RFID Prepaid Water Meter

- Multi-meter via one card: a card can be controlled and used in electricity, gas and other smart meter.

- Alarm: Battery under voltage, strong magnetic interference prompt alarm on the LCD.

- With anti-drip basal meter to realize the anti-drip function.
- Specially designed replacement battery covers at the bottom side of the meter, is convenient to water utility.

Function&Feature
| Prepaid function: User prepaid the water fee and charge to prepaid water meter via smart contactless RFID IC card before using; once the water amount will be used, valve of IC card prepaid water meter will be closed, which will be open when charged again. |
| Multi-meter via one card: a card can be controlled and used for electricity, gas and other smart meter. |
| Alarm: Battery under voltage, usable water shortage, strong magnetic interference and other fault information, prompt alarm on the LCD. |
| Data return: Each time user prepaid and swipe the user card, will bring related information back to the management system for the management to understand the user’s water use. |
| Anti-water storage (limited purchase): once sum of balance and purchased water is higher than threshold value, it’s unable to go on purchasing and recharge. |
| Balance alarm: once balance reach alarm threshold, valve will be closed to remind user to recharge, valve can be opened through inserting the user card. |
| Anti-drip: With anti-drip basic water meter to prevent water tamper. |
| Magnetic interference testing: meter will protect data and record interference date when strong magnetic interference against water meter. Valve can be opened by user card once interference disappeared, but if interference occurred more than 3 times, user has to contact management to open the valve. |
| Replace battery easily: Specially designed replacement battery covers at the bottom side of the meter, is convenient to replace battery, and making replacement of battery no longer a difficulty to the water utility. |
