DCU1598 Smart Data Concentrator Unit
I. General Introduction
DCU1598 DLMS data concentrator adopts advanced technology of micro-electronics, computer chip, and advanced GPRS public communication network technology. At first, DCU is an important part to achieve Demand Side Management modernization. At the same time, DCU acts as the terminal supporting product for the power load system. Additionally, it realizes auto meter-reading, equipment monitoring and anti-tamper function, etc.
II.Technical Features
i. Adopt high speed 32-position ARM and Linux OS; And also guarantee sampling and energy metering precision .
ii. Terminal with good EMC capability, withstand high-voltage peak pulse, strong magnetic field, and strong electrostatic;
iii. Uplink to Master Station: (Q/GDW 376.1-2009)and TCP/UDP/SMS.
iv. Downlink: Q/GDW 376.2-2009 “Concentrator local communication module interface protocol”.
v. Between communication with residents meter, which supports DL/T645-1997/2007(parts)and DLMS/COSEM.
vi. Wide voltage range design makes it more reliable and more adaptive working environment;
vii. It supports local or remote modification of parameters and software’s local or remote online upgrades;
