I. General Introduction
DDSY1598 single phase SMC prepayment meter box adopts fiber glass reinforced polyester material. Firstly, iSmart specially customizes for installing one BS type single phase meter from tamper and meeting IP54. And also it can accommodate all necessary accessories such as 1pc 2P circuit breaker, 1pc neutral strip and 1pc AD type fuse cartridges.
II. Technical Features
i. Hot compression molded production.
ii. Meet self-extinguishing at 960℃ and resistant to heat above 125℃ and ultra-violet rays.
iii. With transparent window.
iv. Screw is incorrodable tin-plated brass, tin-plated steel or stainless steel.
v. With circuit breaker accessing door.
vi. Comply with standards of EDF HN 60 E-01, 02 and 03, EDF HN 62 S-15 and EDF HN 60 E-80.
vii. By wall or pole mounting mode.
viii. Lock box by triangle sealing screw.
ix. High impact resistance (IK10) and high degree of protection IP54.
x. Single phase or three phase prepaid meter.
Function&Feature
| Meter box is hot compression molded from fiber glass reinforced polyester. |
| The materials used are self-extinguishing at 960° C and resistant to heat at 125° C and ultraviolet rays. |
| It is equipped with a openable or lockable window to check the energy meter’s status. The window part is made of transparent polycarbonate, non-corrosive and indémontable from the outside. The mechanical protection index to be combined with this is IK10. |
| The equipment fixing inserts are made of incorrodable tin-plated brass, the screws in tin-plated steel or stainless steel. |
| The circuit breaker reset access hatch is made by injection without any metal parts. It is articulated in its upper part and guarantees the tightness of the whole thanks to its shape. |
| For protection against solid bodies and liquids, the degree of protection to be associated with these boxes is IP54. |
| These enclosures comply with EDF HN60 E-01, 02 and 03, EDF HN62 S–15 and EDF HN60 E-80 specifications. |
| Installation mode of the enclosures includes fixing on wall or pole by strap. |
| With accessories&rack to fix various models of single phase prepayment energy meter and circuit breaker(3 points for fixing energy meter; 2 points for fixing circuit-breaker). |
